Program Elements

Each program is co-designed with the participant, centring on their needs and capacity to engage. Our purpose is to get you excited for your next session and provide you with the resources you require to elevate your leadership. Each Empowering Leadership Pathway has can be designed comprising of one or all of the below elements.

1. Individual Coaching Sessions- in person or virtual

  • Uses evidence-based frameworks, reflective exercises, and actionable insights to consolidate learning for sustainable change

  • Focus: Sessions exploring enablers and barriers to thriving in leadership with topics such as leading with authenticity and vulnerability, leveraging strengths and passions, elevating from challenges, emergent systems thinking, purpose driven impact, courageous conversations and boundary setting,

2. Group Coaching

  • Virtual or in-person group sessions designed for connection and shared learning.

  • Focus: Topics include resilience in leadership, navigating industry challenges, and developing a collaborative, supportive network.

3. Annual Development Days

  • Full-day immersive experience focusing on professional growth, industry trends, and personal development with workshops led by industry experts, hands-on activities, and peer collaboration.

4. Ongoing Support and Resources

  • Resources: Access to curated articles, toolkits, and exercises for personal and professional growth.

  • Check-Ins: Optional quarterly 30-minute check-in sessions to track progress and address emerging challenges.

  • Our program supports participants to cultivate self-awareness and establish a foundation for authentic leadership, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.

  • We provide a platform for continuous learning and growth through creativity and play, equipping leaders with the tools and strategies needed to navigate complex challenges with confidence.

  • As emerging leaders become more aligned with their values and purpose, they naturally contribute to a positive and vibrant workplace culture, enhancing collaboration and productivity across teams.

  • Through developing systems thinking, participants will expand their knowledge of how they operate in connection with systems around them and develop a strategic mindset that allows them to catalyse their impact
